"Shaima did a great job in helping me sell my house in a short period of time. It went pending in three days. She marketed it and held an open house and received two offers. We accepted one that was an excellent offer. She negotiated a credit with the buyer. The house went through escrow in 25 days and both parties were satisfied with the results."

"It was a pleasure to work with Shaima!! She was insightful, patient and great to work with. Even though it proved challenging towards the end she remained calm and on top of the transaction by working diligently with the lender to ensure it closed on time and kept me up to date and included with each step. She went beyond her required duties and made an otherwise stressful situation as calm as it could be by providing calm and understanding during a time of extreme stress for me. I'll be forever grateful and would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a top notch realtor!!"
